I would hope this counts as terrorism. But, it is a least a federal crime. No matter what spin they put in it, it is "violence" to firebomb a place of business. I'm just glad nobody was hurt.

It was lit at about 3:30 In the morning. Fortunately none of the surrounding buildings caught fire. It could have killed some folks in nearby homes if it had. I know the ATF is investigating because they came around asking questions. I would not be surprised if the same people or person set ablaze some expensive newly built homes out in the foothills awhile back.
