Hillary Panned for Sour Demeanor during Bush Speech

Hockey fans at Philadelphia's Rangers-Flyers game Thursday night were so enthralled with President Bush's speech that they actually forced the cancellation of the game's third period to continue watching on the arena's Jumbotron.

But seated in the House chamber, New York Senator Hillary Clinton was rolling her eyes, looking bored and remained seated as her colleagues gave Bush one standing ovation after another.

Friday morning her disengaged demeanor was being roundly panned by talk radio hosts everywhere.

"You know why she reacted that way," WABC's Curtis Sliwa told his partner Ron Kuby."She just saw her hopes to run for president next time around go up in smoke."

Down radio dial in New York, nationally syndicated talker Don Imus was even harder on the former first lady.

"She was disgraceful," Imus told his partner Charles McCord. "She looked irritable, rolling her eyes and talking."

Imus didn't care much for Sen. Clinton's post speech comments either. "I mean, she was going out of her way to point out how she'd spent the entire week down at ground zero, which is not true, by the way. But I think we know what that's all about."

Imus then turned his ire towards Mrs. Clinton's husband. "I just thank God that he's not still the president, that's all, because we didn't have to endure the self aggrandizing display of lip-biting and head wagging and 'I love you' to some bimbo in the balcony."

When she runs for POTUS all we will have to do is keep circulating the picture of Hitlery playing tonsil-hockey with Arafat's wife. The three women in my family say that they cannot stand the b*tch. And Ellen DeGenrate's girlfriend just went straight ... you see Hitlery is losing support daily.

I know, I just saw the CNN/Zahn interview also. What happened was the REAL HILLARY got caught on tape last night, and now she's trying desperately to redeem herself! It sort of reminds me of the time Bubba got caught on tape laughing and smiling as he was walking to Ron Brown's funeral. When he saw the camera was on him, he immediately went into his trademark "I feel your pain" mode.

Go back and look at the picture in #58 - doesn't the DNC have ANY decent looking women??? I'm a female and the 3 pictured here are an embarrasment to the female race. Is there something in the DNC rule book that says you can't use a little makeup, shampoo, curling iron, etc., etc. I'm not being superficial - but good grooming would show they have some self-pride.

I think she had a "sour demeanor" because she came to the realization that her Presidential aspirations are over. IMHO, Hillary is not even an option now.

Also, we can add Gerald "Tubby" Nadler and the rest of the open Socialists in the Democratic Party to the "sour demeanor" list. They were all very upset at Bush's stellar speech.

This is a great idea! Rudy will need a job next year and PIAPS has already proven she can not handle her job. Best scenario would be for one of the ongoing investigations to yield something that will stick to PIAPS. Let's pray that Ashcroft can bring an indictment against PIAPS soon. What's really ben interesting, IMHO, is the behavior and comments of Chuckie Schumer and Tom Lantos..there comments have been extraordinary. Schumer has been more effusive of his praise of Bush than most Senate GOPers....and Lantos has virtually poo-pooed the left's objections to fears about the Fed Govt's new anti-terrorist powers, like incfreasding the time we can detain illegals......

I am sure the neocons/neocommies would be happy to see America's foreign policy more interventionist than before. Israel-firsters must be extatic.

Maybe it's time to update the old saying "there are no atheists in foxholes" to:.."There are no liberals in bombcraters"
