SPECIAL EDITION

Tonight, the citizens of the United States and people throughout the world saw a man with passion, principle, and resolve, lead a united effort in the war on terrorism. In a speech being hailed as one of the best modern era speeches ever given, President George W. Bush spoke to a joint session of Congress regarding the attack on America. The President outlined just who the war on terrorism is against, but also revealed specifics as to who they are and what they stand for. He also powerfully reiterated that the United States and countries united with us will not stand for actions like this any longer. In one of the strongest statements in his speech, the President said, 'Either you are with us or you are with the terrorists', surely a outward warning to those who are waivering in their decision to join us in this war.

After the President's 40+ minute speech, the standard opposition party response was also historic for it was not an opposing view, but a stand with each other as one united front of principle and resolve.

Enjoy this very special edition of the daily dose of Dubya!

Dubya was holding back the tears for sure. I know I lost it big time. FOX just said the wife of the fireman who died in the NYC attack (the one who attend the speech) is pregnant. Wow. My heart goes out to that lady.

Thanks Rintense.

Laura looked lovely and she was surrounded by great people, Ridge, Giulian, Pataki et al. Hillary! usually had someone who was politically correct at the time sitting with her in the gallery. What a contrast.

And it seems everyone agrees that Hillary! was a real pill tonight. Just what is her problem anyway? Could it be that her poll numbers are down? So many have noted how phoney and robotic her performance has been in comparison to Giuliani and even Schumer.

God Bless and Keep President and Mrs. Bush.

Yes Miss Marple, Here it is,

Henry V, Act IV, Scene II

This story shall the good man teach his son,

and Crispin shall ne'er go by

From this day to the ending of the World,

But we in it shall be remembered,

We few, we happy few, we band of brothers (Freepers)

For he today that sheds his blood with me

Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile,

This day shall gentle his condition,

And gentlemen in England now aded

Shall think themselves accouresed they were not here,

And hold their manhoods cheap whilst any speaks

That fought with us upon Saint Cripin's Day!

In college, we had t-shirts that said Muck Fichigan (I am a proud Michigan State Spartan Alumni).

Maybe we should make t-shirts that say 'Huck Fillary'.

My prophecy is that he will eclipse Reagan - and that is going to be nothing short of a miracle.

Thank you. Henry V is an apt comparison to President Bush.

The speech when King Henry finds the boys who watched the supplies slaughtered was posted here a few days ago, and is appropriate for the president's reaction to September 11.

I think "Hillary makes no effort to dress up" because she is crestfallen & depressed that all America now recognizes the huge contrast between her weak, egomanic, childish husband and our President GW Bush, a strong leader & true statesman!

The top pic in #2 is fantastic. It couldn't be posed better, it belongs on a campaign poster. How about cranking out a poster of that?
