Ridge is a good guy. He couldn't help it that he couldn't deliver PA for Bush in the election--the Dems in Philly and Pittsburgh stole it. If Ridge could not root out obvious (more votes than registered voters!) corruption in PA how is he going to help defend the whole country??

i see alot of libertarian bashing and not much actual discussion of Ridge. As a Pa resident i got suckered into voting for him once..but after watching his policies for the first 4 years i voted for the constitution party in the next election. He is pro abortion and pro big government. I understand that most people don't know him from Adam. But be careful that your love affair with believing whatever the republican party tells you is right and good for you does'nt bite you in the ass. I've noticed alot of people here will defend Bush as hard as any liberal ever defended Clinton simply because you defend the party without actually looking at it. I actually listened to what Bush said and i compared it to what he did during the primary and rather than being fooled again, like i was in 94, that ended me being a republican. Bush has been trying to get Ridge in there ever since he floated the trial balloon for him for VP.
