I've not watched it for a long long time. I don't watch anything on ABC either.

Let them go the way of CNN.

Here's what was actually said on the show, according to PI's Web site:

Dinesh: Bill, there's another piece of political correctness I want to mention. And, although I think Bush has been doing a great job, one of the themes we hear constantly is that the people who did this are cowards.

Bill: Not true.

Dinesh: Not true. Look at what they did. First of all, you have a whole bunch of guys who are willing to give their life. None of 'em backed out. All of them slammed themselves into pieces of concrete.

Bill: Exactly.

Dinesh: These are warriors. And we have to realize that the principles of our way of life are in conflict with people in the world. And so -- I mean, I'm all for understanding the sociological causes of this, but we should not blame the victim. Americans shouldn't blame themselves because other people want to bomb them.

Bill: But also, we should -- we have been the cowards lobbing cruise missiles from 2,000 miles away. That's cowardly. Staying in the airplane when it hits the building, say what you want about it, it's not cowardly. You're right.

Hello everyone. I work for the maker of Ziploc, and it looks like someone got some bad info. I checked with the network and confirmed that Ziploc did NOT advertise on this show nationally. Many times the name Ziploc is used incorrectly to refer to any/all plastic containers and bags, but this time it was not Ziploc. I'm proud to tell you that Ziploc gave half a million bags to the rescue and relief effort in NYC, and the company gave $100,000 to The September 11th Fund and is matching its employees' contributions to that same organization dollar for dollar.

I am very glad that Bill is not "marching in lockstep" with everyone else. In order for our government to work correctly, we need to offer different opinions on what is happening and what response is proper. While I am very saddened by the events last Tuesday, I don't think it is wise to follow along blindly. I will NOT sign for censorship
