If they rebuild twin towers, how about atleast 2 walkways across like the 40th floor and the 70th floor (it really shouldn't be any higher than 80 floors in my opinion) and have memorial tiles across each walkway with each person's name inscriptioned on each tile that was murdered in the attack?

Why not have each American contribute one brick. 300,000,000 bricks would build a very nice building.
