I'm thinking of of something along the lines of a multi-storied building in the shape of a large clenched hand with the middle finger fully extended. A large neon sign would cover the lower floors which reads "Hey Osama!".
With the "Osama bin Hillary Memorial Park"
Kind of a combination of the two friends.
