I am, but are you? Then who are you mad at, the drunk or God for allowing it to happen?

I told you that my 17 month old granson drown..I see that as part of Gods plan..no anger..no hopelessnes.

So why, IYO, should people not drink and drive, or why should we have lifeguards or hospitals for that matter?
