Need help posting a picture...

Being the mainframe dinosaur that I am, I haven't yet learned to post a picture that I've scanned from my Sunday paper.

you have to have the picture on a separate web site that allows links to it. Homestead.com is a good place to do this from. Do some right mouse clicks on other pictures that you see on Freepers and see where they are storing them and try those sights as well. Hope this helps.

You will have to find the picture on your newspaper's web site. Use your "view" function on your web browser to find the something similar to the following for your picture:
Hint: examine the source for this picture to see what the format is. Once you find the 'SRC'sttatement for your picture, make sure it does include the web site address (add it if necessary). Just splice that statement into your post.

If the picture is scanned, you will need to upload it to a website.
If its a photo on another site, right click on the image and select properties. Select the image URL and copy it(ctrl-C)
