"We sincerely hope that the great American people could differentiate between the people of Afghanistan and a handful of fundamentalist terrorists," said a statement from the Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan (RAWA).I no longer see that as being an option.

Looks like we are taking the socialist Collin Powell's wishy-washy route.
Too damned bad.

It is SO obvious what's going on. 3 MORE DAYS TO STALL. After 5 days of stalling. Nothing like giving Bin Laden 8 days of freedom to move around. This is ridiculous. Hand him over NOW, and maybe we'll only reduce 80% of your infrastructure to rubble instead of 100%.

That's not a solution. If we get Bin Laden - that's a start. We need the second in command. And the 3rd. And the 4th.......
We can't grab him and call it quits.

Do we want him? What are we going to do with him if they do turn him over? Put him in a cell next to Milosovic? Better to wipe out all the serpents together in their bunker. Especially if we don't have the proof required by the courts. Some other terrorist group could claim they were totally responsible and bin Laden had no part.

Unleash the dogs of war ... and worry about it in the morning. Three days indeed ... poppycock!

Maybe it will take us three more days just to get the forces in place and the plans completed to carry out whatever threat we make. In that case, the deadline makes sense.

Well. I am not American, but Czech, but I have to agree - I am wondering that the "liberals" (hate this nickname - they're just hidden socialists that borrowed this once-sacred term) are winning their hold over the situation: the Tuesday event WAS unprecedented declaration of War, hard to say as it is, and if the civilised world started to act as "well, lets prosecute the few criminals and smile & handshake the rest), it will develop towards very bad consequences. You gentlemen also wouldn't believe the predominant media recation here: well, it was hysterical and compassionate in the beginning, but nowdays everything is going back to a "business as usuall" way, to a great joy to our (Czech) leftists and commies in media, who started the familiar "they [i.e. US] have deserved it". Uhhhh - and they are, as opposed to majority of decent people, pretty loud. So, I just wanted to send you my support - and tell you the bed news that it is about the same here as on ABC & CNN. Regards, Konva
