Jim, should we have a "War" category to post on FR? I'm thinking about the possibility of attacks on U.S. soil. Sort of an emergency area where we can get important news and instructions if and when we come under direct attack?

Won't voice my concerns with the subject of this thread just yet. GWB and the USA have my full support, sacrificing my civil liberties does not. "Sacrificing some freedoms for more security," as I've heard many on TV mention, dishonors the casualties of the 11th and gives a win to the terrorists.

I have lived through all the wars since WWII, and unfortunately we now are in a doozie. This one really is WWIII. These terrorists are fanatics and the ends absolutely justify the means and they mean to win. They are all over the world and more than dangerous. United we stand, divided we fall and the antiAmericans mean to divide us, have no doubt. Let common sense prevail and be grateful to associate with other like minded patriots on a daily basis.
We need to be reminded here, from time to time, that what we say and how we treat each other matters, words have meaning. Our posts are read by thousands of lurkers and dissent is taken seriously. No need to go all touchy feely, no need to stop meaningful discussion, but let common sense prevail!
