How wonderful to have a President who's word is his bond. To have a President who believes in God is a blessing. Good riddance to Clinton, may he never return to office.

lol - your title.
I remember when Steve Martin found his special purpose. A little levity, but Bush continues to impress me.

DFU,
I know for a fact that I would rather have any Republican as President than any democratic! War means killing people and breaking things, not flowers and peace talks!

I just keep flashing back to "Air Force One" with Harrison Ford..."We will not deal with terrorists." The way the attack teams went in to the tiny former Soviet republic and pulled out the terrorist leader.
When Ford was on the Letterman show the premir week, Dave called him "Harrison Ford...the Kick Ass President." I have never been so proud of my country, at least not for eight years. It will be costly. I hope we have the stomache for it, when we actually take the casualties that we surely will. But we are a superpower again, and we are a nation. God bless America!

Many thanks for this, doug . It's so good to see , especially since there are still those, here, that are bashing President Bush.
May GOD bless and keep America , President Bush, and all of us strong, resolved, and unbowed.

I had suggested a bumper sticker during the last campaign --
NEVER TRUST THE DEMOCRATS WITH NATIONAL SECURITY

I am very disappointed that the Justice Department will apparently never bring Clinton to justice.

Wonderful picture. Thanks for adding it here.

When I watched the Prayer service on tv, I found myself thanking God over and over that this man is our President. I thanked God even more times for President Bush then I did on his inauguration day (and that was about a million times). God Bless him.

Isn't it amazing that it took such an act for it to be permissable for State and Church to work hand in hand to carry our country through such a crisis. "God, look over our brothers and sisters as they take up arms against evil!"........ "President Bush, let's cock and load!"

What a wonderful picture--I've saved it for my desktop (my husband and I have found several memorable pics of this week that we will rotate on a regular basis). And what a wonderful, sincere man our President is. His words to the search and recovery people in NY ('and the people who brought these buildings down will be hearing from us all soon') gave me the most hope I have had in days.

I think there is a higher reason that GW is our president in these trying times. The previous two criminal clowns (3 if you include Hillary) would assure the end of America as we know it.

I hope that this is true- in fact, I pray that it is. If so, the vote I cast for George W. Bush will turn out to have the most important vote of my life- and I have never missed an election.

Yep, when he makes a foreign policy decision it will be in the interest of our nation, not to keep a scandal off the front page. After 8 long excruciating years of phoniness, we have a genuinely decent man here.
