A more effective way to deal with islamic terrorists

This war is not going to be something that will be over in 6 months, it's going to take years and be very expensive in both lives(civilian and military) and money(say goodby to all this talk of budget surpluses). And at the end we will have a very different country, what that will look like on one can say.
What we have to do now is take this rage and put it down deep and keep it banked, what's called for now is steely resolve. This is a very different kind of war we are now involved in.

I say we attack Afganistan, carpet bomb (ala Dresden) until there is no possible resistance.

Since Afganistan is Russia's neighbor, nukes are out of the question. (would you want someone nuking Mexico?.)

Even better would be to have Russia join in the attack.

After the smoke clears, we split the oil with the Russians as reparations.

Take the whole country - kill anyone that objects and let this stand as a warning to all who may consider similar action. I am sure that the suicide bombers are told that their surviving relatives will be cared for. I say we do our own "caring " for them.

As for killing "innocents", sorry, you, your country and your neighbors are as guilty as those in the planes. Die.

I think it is time to rid the world of "all of Islam"...once and for all.

They are already terrorists, dancing in the streets over thousands of corpses.

Make corpses of them; then there can be peace.

Bombing random terrorists won't help. HOWEVER making sposnsor countries pay a heavy price in infrastructure and personel, destroying the terrorist infrastructure camps, equipment etc will help. Nothing will permanently end this problem. And it must be an ongoing pricess, not a one time fix. IF a country supports terrorism they WILL suffer.

DO IT NOW. WE MUST USE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO STABILIZE THE MIDEAST AND NEUTRALIZE TERRORISM.

The only way you will EVER stabilize the Middle East is to rethink American foreigh policy.
