I'm unpatriotic and I'm scum??? Thank you.

No, I didn't miss the main point. The main point is that the security of our nation has been compromised. I am disappointed that the current president has not closed the borders. Since the first WTC bombing, we have known of terrorist cells. What has been done about it? We've watched our secrets being given away, sold, and stolen. What has been done about it?

That's the main point. Our security is totally compromised. Bush better get busy and solve some of these problems.

My son in law in on an aircraft carrier right now. I am worried because there is a carrier killer missile given to the Chinese by the Russians. We knew about it for five years and have done nothing to develop a defense against it.

Of course I blame the murdering dirtbag terrorists. But I also look at how it could have happened. We have been asleep. Maybe Bush takes part of the blame for not doing anything to remove these terrorists since January. But for 8 long years I have watched the decimation of our military capability, the erosion or morale, and the complete indifference to our nation's security. We know who is to blame for that.

In retrospect, I should not have engaged in hyperbole and expressed my desire to put my hands around your neck. Your personal attack on me simply should have been ignored. I apologize and should have had the sense to just have not paid attention to you.
