Not All Our Leaders Are Americans?

Did anyone witness the assembly of our leaders on the capitol steps to show the bipartisan unity - that went well - but I believe I noticed that several members on the left (left side of the screen facing me, that is) were muted, silent, not even trying to move their lips as the song of praise for America was spontaneously sung out by the assembled group.

I would like someone that taped this to review it and identify those members that either don't know the words, or just don't like them. I hope now that we are united as Americans, the hyphenated Americans (blank-Americans)realize that if you are gonna be here, your first mission is to be one of us.

And I hope it can be viewed as nationalist, not racist, as we close our borders to Candiens and Mexicans alike, and those damned Ruskies coming over the strait too. Not racist, just defensive. Maybe now, we can see the reason to prevent immigration, particulary when it is supported for political gain alone, and at the expense of real Americans.

I actually noticed that also ... but I was wondering if several of those among the assembled were Secret Service agents and that's why they were silent, keeping an eye out as it were.

I did notice that the lovely Maxine Waters was the first to leave and had not joined in with the applause. Should we make book on whether she had joined in on the singing? Somehow I kinda doubt it.

Can you imagine if we had tried to undertake World War 2 with such "leaders" in our government?

my understanding was that this happened earlier this year during a tribute of some sort, and many leftists in our own government declined to participate, and later explained that the people THEY represent expect them to abstain from saluting the oppressive nation known as the U.S.

I told others that they have more to fear from internal socialists than external terrorists....

I am afraid that the " - Americans " are in high supply - I think there are more than a dozen that openly display hostility toward the nation they have expolited to gain power. Corruption!

Remember all the reports that have been posted over the years of school tour groups at places like the Statue of Liberty who have spontaneously burst into patriotic song, only to be shushed up or even threatened by Park Service? I would have liked to have seen that happen to this bunch on the Capitol steps. Then those Demos would have had a chance to feel what it feels like to live in the America that they are working so diligently to create. Maybe that explains the nausea.

I'm sure that the Mexican Separatist Hilda Solis and the Puerto Rican Nationalist Nydia Velasquez were not only not singing, but glaring at this awful display of what they regard as US Jingoism. In WWII, they would have been imprisoned as probable saboteurs and traitors.
