Situation developing at Copley Hotel in Boston

MSNBC reporting that police have entered Copley Hotel in Boston. They have a live shot with lots of vehicles and officers. Large scale search of hotel underway.
Guns drawn. 16th floor. Looking under door with fiber optics. Rumors of arrests.

It's on every station right now. Fox reporter saying he's been told by the police they are going in to make arrests.

Boston.com reporting that FBI agents entered with guns drawn...bomb squad, ambulance, SWAT team all present. No reports of shots fired or any further details yet...

MSNBC now reporting that no arrests made at hotel. More sirens on the way to hotel. Someone is about to be transported via ambulance. Police getting everyone to back up.

This may be an empty room used by the perps. It may be nothing more than a search of the room.

I'd prefer the US Army take over these operations and use their equipment and tactics which are superior to the FBI.

I work across the street at the Hancock Tower. Saw the bomb squad pull up. Looks like this will be a clean law enforcement action without any complications. We can only hope.
