Pennsylvania plane crash: was the target really Camp David?

I'm hearing many stories on Free Republic that this plane was headed for Camp David. However, I'm not sure that this theory is being advanced by the media.

Has anyone heard a WB network news report that the plane may have been heading toward Philadelphia? This site actually makes more sense from a terrorist standpoint. I understand the significance of Camp David, but the number of people there probably is small.

Others had posted that there was a chemical weapons depot which could have released large quantities of really nasty stuff if the plane had hit there, possibly producing a disaster even worse than the WTC collapse.

[nb: for inflicting massive casualties, there are some other targets I can think of which would be far worse than the WTC, but I'll refrain from mentioning them and ask others do likewise to avoid giving anyone ideas]
