Congress made terrorism illegal in 1996

We were all made warm and fuzzy when congress and Klinton's minions enacted terrorism legislation in the 90's

Did they fail to inform our enemys ?

All the laws in the book couldn't have prevented this. Criminals don't follow laws.

Clinton concentrated on hiring high-school dropouts to root through passengers' underwear, and left the rest of the airports wide open.
