Here is today's Sixty Second Activist ACTION ITEM:
While we support President Bush, he doesn't need our urging to find those responsible for this tragedy. We know he and our country's leaders will do all in their power to find and punish those responsible and safeguard us from future terrorist attacks.
But the families of those killed in this senseless tragedy DO need us. They need our prayers, our support, and our good will.
At this time, there is nothing more valuable we can ask you to do than to pray for those injured and for all those who have suffered great loss.
As we learn more about what has happened and what steps can be taken, we'll be in contact with any appropriate actions we can take.
Please pray, and please ask everyone you know to pray with you. Thank you.
