We can't even prevent the funding of our own "in home" eugenicists at the NIH. My guess is that the UN will continue getting the money...maybe even get an increase.

I remember hearing about a USAID program in North Africa where scholars were enlisted to re-write the Koran to take out references to children being precious jewels, etc...the new Korans were distributed freely amongst the populations in an effort to combat child birth.
