In light of the Daffodil Principle where individual efforts over time add up to a mammoth contribution, we are looking at ways to use this lesson as we seek to promote conservatism, the Republican Party and the administration of George Bush.

We are currently involved in a letter-writing campaign - Project Daffodil-Letters. Some of us have been involved in the Klamath Falls Petition, and the People First petition to defund the Endangered Species Act. For more information about these projects and future projects, please visit the link above (Click on the picture above.)

Thanks for posting the pictures of the lovely spring fashions for 2002. Yikes, someone needs to feed those models, although wearing "fashions" like that, I guess one would have to weigh 65 pounds. I keep waiting for clothes to contain more fabric than a handerkerchief, guess it is going to be a long wait.

It's going to be national. They told me it would air a couple times in October to test the commercial, then January through March. They expect it to run for at least 3 years so I had to wear ' non-trendy' clothes. ( as if I ever owned anything trendy!)

I agree about feeding the models, the one with the prominent hipbones in particular.
You will not see me sporting any of the latest fashions. I liked your hankerchief remark, I was thinking along that same line, a dinner napkin.

Does the Guild have enough jack in the kitty to help those starving young women mix in an occasional CHEESEBURGER?

You ladies are way too much fun! Have a super day everyone, JL

I suspect from their apparent 'leaness', that cheeseburger would have to be administered intraveneously.

You were talking about a website that sells handbags. I thought I bookmarked it, but I can't find it now. Do you remember? I need a new purse and I'm just not getting to the mall to get one. Thanks! (and welcome home.)

Are you kidding? We've been baking muffins like mad, but those silly fashion models say they'd rather have a cigarette and cocaine, thanks, they have to watch their figures. (What figures, they look like blades of grass!) What can you do?

This is the purse I got at the COACH site. csmop got it for his wife.

The other site is iQVC. I got an Ettiene Aigner straw bag in May and McGavin666 got the same one, but I don't see it on the site anymore. I am crazy about it. I have carried it all summer and usually I change purses and this summer I never changed.

If you need more sites I am more than happy to help.

TJ Maxx is also a great place for purses. I get a lot of Coach, Ralph Lauren, Dana Buchman and Perlina there at fantastic prices.

I didn't know it was possible to get Coach bags at TJ Maxx, I'll have to take a trip to Pittsburgh soon. Their bags are excellent quality, I love mine.

I also discovered a Dooney and Burke wholesaler on Ebay. I got this huge tote from a dealer and saved $100. I use it ever single day and can carry a ton of junk in it instead of a briefcase.

ROFL! CC's theory on purses: No matter what size it is, a woman will fill it to capacity.

The last time I bought a purse, my one and only consideration was how well it would accommodate my pistol. Chalk it up to the FR influence on my life!
