At Fort Snelling, poppies recall World War I vets

They are etched in stone, but poppies grow now in the Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

Veterans of World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War gathered in the cemetery Sunday, on a small oval flanked by crosses, row on row, to dedicate a memorial.
