Somebody with a pocket full-o-cash go and sign up for Janes Defense Weekly and Janes Foreign Report. I would do it but they are a little pricey. The expenses involved in gathering good intelligence must be enormous.
Anyone interested is looking at about $500 a year per service. There must be some senator's nephew here who can swing this. Times are tough all over, I know. If someone can figure out a way to imbezzel the money from the democratic party so much the better. Get out Al Gore's check book, the link is below.
