good ol' DC government. They can't balance their books without embezzling a few thousand, they elect a crack-smoking mayor, and their workers don't care about providing services to the public. Yet they want 100% Home Rule, statehood and more federal money. Oh and they like to blame their problems on Republicans and white people. Let's bring on the gentrification! Sorry for ranting, I just hate how the city's been mismanaged for decades and the black people in charge aren't interested in fixing the problems.
