Yep! Rush Limbaugh was silent regarding this subpoena business today (unless I missed something - I had WBAP tuned in in my office from 1-4 p.m. CDT but was in and out of my office during that time).
Maybe Bill O'Reilly will mention something tonight? We'll see shortly. His show starts here in ~45 minutes! But. . .

Hmmmmmmm, I think you are right MeeknMing... He did not mention the Ashcroft Subpoena as I recall. I wonder if he will talk about it tomorrow OR if he is waiting till the 12th and then say how Ashcroft DID DO AS ASKED or did NOT do as asked. Not sure how he is going to do this.

Think about 40 years worth of documents in the hands of the liberal media. Think about how they've re-written history to suit the left's agenda on everything from "The Establishment Clause," communist influence in Hollywood and the Truman/Roosevelt administrations, the Vietnam war, Watergate, RR's role in the fall of the iron curtain and our economic recovery due to his tax cuts, the Clinton scandals, "Papa Castro", and election 2000.
Newsweek and the DNC is still trashing our current USSC and claiming Gore won. While Florida Republicans have been accused of everything from racism to favoritism from Jeb, we don't see the Big Media journalists clamouring to investigate any of the numerous eye-witness accounts of Dem. fraud, including the thousands of illegal Florida felon votes that were counted for Gore.
Recently the press and the National Archives were thrilled that a few missing minutes of Watergate tape may be deciphered. We will never hear about the undeciphered Gore e-mail or Carol Browner EPA hard drives, or the DNC call-girl ring in the center of the Watergate break-in..
We can't even get the press to cover the newly released KGB files with the proof of massive Communist influence within the US. A pretty big story. Today's press is unlikely to tell the truth. Most of America will only hear the Dan Rather/Katie Couric interpretation.
When Nero blamed Christians for the burning of Rome, Christians were targetted, tortured and killed for 300 years. Today, no one is taught that Christians burned Rome. Documents were found, the truth was eventually exposed.
The DC courts today will be no more help to Republicans than will the press in investigating or bringing the RATS to justice.

Mr. Ashcroft sir, when you were being suggested for AG even back in 2000 during the campaign of George Bush. I took a lot of attacks for you were I used to post before coming to FR Dec. of 2000.
I am only a girl and I stood up for you in every post and defended you and your honor.
I counted on you sir to be different then Janet Reno. To be a man of such courage that you would not let the dems and liberal republicans get to you.
You not only owe ME, but you also owe every American to bring those to judgement in a REAL unpresidented , no holds barred investigation.
Do NOT move on sir, please. Moving on does not make the TREASON go away,it only compounds it sir.
