GETTING OFF?
QB Jeremy Wien (right), on the sidelines last week, and teammates will probably not face charges for their lewd party, cops say.
September 9, 2001 -- The high-school jocks who cavorted with a stripper at a boozy, pot-smoking party in Chappaqua last weekend appear to have dodged punishment despite startling evidence that similar parties are not uncommon in the affluent Westchester County suburbs.

""We're on moral high ground here," Mason insisted to staff members. "I don't think anyone's ever talked to them like that before." "Gee...................................ya think???

They blame the stripper? UFB! I used to work in Pleasantville which is right near Chappaqua. When your real estate taxes are $12,000 per year for a modest home, you assume that much money includes police protection and the avoidance of legal costs. I did enjoy the area. Loved driving the Taconic!

"We're on moral high ground here," Mason insisted to staff members. "I don't think anyone's ever talked to them like that before." for a school to claim "moral high ground" is simply laughable IMO. These are the same public school systems that kicked God out of the classroom!!
And what good would it do for these kids anyway? Look at the way they've been raised. Parents who supply their kids with pot, alcohol and strippers aren't the most "moral" parents out there now are they?
Methinks we got a whole bunch of Darwin Award Winners here...

Doyle's Holmes contended the countryside harbored far more evil than the city, where prying eyes made for circumpsect behavior.

New Castle police are looking into allegations that members of other teams from Horace Greeley HS have been involved in wild, alcohol-drenched parties...Har - if one removes the stripper from the equation, this has been going on there for decades. And it used to be much worse. It's just damage control by the town because someone got caught.

The Hillbillys move in, and there goes the neighborhood....
They turned Washington D.C. into a cesspool
Will their reign of destruction ever end ?

Would it appear the integrity of the Law Enforcement in Chappaqua is making it evident why Chappaqua embraced the Clintons moving there?

I went to college upstate. Most of the kids from the five boroughs (save Brooklyn) were virtual tee-totalers. All of the guys from the suburbs were already accomplished alcoholics. It put things into perspective for me.

It has more to do with the integrity of (most of) the parents who pay the cops' salaries. If the kids get busted, there would be hell to pay if the cops came down hard - or that's how it used to be.

Most of the kids from the five boroughs (save Brooklyn) were virtual tee-totalers. As someone who spent the first 18 years of his life in Brooklyn (and the next 4 in college upstate), all I can say is, "I represent that remark."
To: RedBloodedAmerican, NY Posties
Evidently, in Chappaqua, the term "law enforcement" is an oxymoron.
To the folks in Chappaqua who condone this degeneracy, you make me damn glad I'm an Upstate hick.
And to the N.Y. Post, maybe you all should print exactly what the stripper and students were doing and that might even disgust the folks who didn't have the moral wherewithal to be offended by just a striptease.

The Jesuits would have straightened you out.You have no idea how many times my father (a Fordham grad) told me that while growing up.
To: Senator Pardek
He must have been at Fordham during a different era.
