The Monaco police took three hours (4:54am-7:45am) from first alarm to the "discovery" of the bodies of Edmond Safra and Vivian Torrente.
Did their Inspector Jude learn strategic sloth in his nine weeks at our FBI's National Academy class ending March, 1999?
Monaco police thugs in black jumpsuits kidnapped Heidi and her brother off the street there, pushing them into a dark van, playing tapes of the children's voices, stealing their passports to force Ted's false confession.
Yet Monaco Director d'Juridical Affairs Patrice Davost tried to snow Ted's congresswoman Sue Kelly that all was a gingerbread fairy tale in the principality--
M. Davost, your gingerbread is compost shot through with writhing maggots: your prosecutor Smeardet, your judge Bichet, and you, with your tiresome, "Pay no attention to the cockroach behind the curtain."
Ted is innocent; Monaco has no case. Au contraire, Monaco is guilty: America, Amnesty International, and the U.N. Commission on Human Rights have an excellent case.
