If enough evidence existed to prosecute Hillary before the impeachment and dear Janet didn't execute a prosecution, would you consider that criminal? I don't care if it was Starr or others. The Congress should be able to review those documents. How can an investigation into criminal wrongdoing be a threat to the legitimate protections of the Executive Branch?
