There has been much talk of suing the enviro groups for RICO, damages, etc. I recall an Exec. Order from 1995 (?96)of Bubba's that exempts NGO's, environmental organizations from any damages because of their input or recommendations. I CAN'T find it. Here's the EO site, and I can't get it opened to read the orders...maybe you can check it out. We're going on my memory here, but the wording is there, just can't remember if it applies only to international NGO's...it was about international enviro agreements, I believe. I hate to see a bunch of people go from this angle only to find out the enviro groups have been exempted. I do remember it is in the 12000 range of orders. http://www.nara.gov/fedreg/eosub_cl.html
