You did read about Cheney and Bush dining in the Senate's restaurant a few weeks back. As the waitress was taking their orders, Cheney ordered a salad (no doubt in line with his healthy heart routine) and when President Bush ordered, the waitress slapped his face and said, "Mr. President" in a very indignant way and huffed off.
Cheney leaned over quietly and said, Mr. President, it's pronounced "key shhhhh", not quickie".
So Registered snuck away for a "key shhhhh"?
