"i.e., open space for public use." This is the flaw in their logic.
The express purpose of those land trusts is to exclude people (except for the "special" people).

I don't really understand how all that works yet. Public Lands are held by the BLM and are for forests, preserves, etc. I just don't understand the point of the BLM having a great deal of land. I get lost here.

Oh, BUMP! I'm glad someone is finally using the tried-and-true methods of enviro-wacko's against them: LAWSUIT!!
