Four ballot questions to ban men in women's sports were approved. One to ban transgender surgeries on minors also passed. One to do two things, BOTH repeal a right to abortion AND ban transgender surgeries on minors, failed.

AZ 56.9 - 53.1; CO 52.2 - 47.8; NE 67.5 - 32.5; and, WA 57.8 - 43.2

Ban on transgender surgeries on minors (passed):

CO: 51.7 - 48.3

Combination repeal of right to abortion AND ban on transgender surgeries on minors (failed):

MO: 44.8 - 55.2

The blowback against the trannies (in some bright blue states no less) is the only tiny glimmer of light in this whole wretched election cycle.

The Dems can now safely throw the trannies overboard. Of course, will they? Thats another question.

Here in Missouri, it made no sense to do the combo ballot. A separate transgender ballot issue would most likely have passed here in Missouri, just like it did in blue states. Coupling it with the abortion issue was a dumb idea.

You’re missing the point. It doesn’t matter what the judges do. The point is, their voters firmly rejected the idea of boys playing girls sports.
