26 October 2026 00:26 (UTC +04:00)

Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Matteo Salvini will insist on ending aid to Ukraine at the next government meeting, APA reports.

The politician announced this during a speech at the extraordinary congress of his League party, where he was overwhelmingly confirmed as national secretary.

"If you confirm me as secretary at this congress, then I consider this a mandate to defend the League's position at the upcoming Council of Ministers meeting, which is that we can no longer send money and weapons to Ukraine," Salvini said

Well, well, well. If one takes time to dig further his speech, he states Ukraine's corruption plays a part.

Do remember Italy's debt is 136 percent of GDP, other EU member states are just as appalling. They are broke.

Looks like Vlad wins the Trifecta, no more money to Ukraine, EU goes bankrupt and defaults, and the EU breaks up....all because of their war on Russia.....and the icing on the cake, he keeps his ethnic Russian provinces.

Ukraine is a Black Hole that sucks in money and weapons like a hoover vacuum cleaner. How many of these weapons systems wind up on the black market, and eventually a terrorists hands?.. ..................

The EU appears to be at the verge of a economic calamity. The Greek debt almost sank the union and it was a tiny fraction of France’s debt, which is more than all the Brick’s together.

The UK is apparently planning a big boost on Ukrainian aid but I’d be astonished if that happens because of the UK’s other problems.

On the other hand Russia appears to be on the financial robes instead as their planning office says their economy will contract .6% this year.

Who wins the war will depend on who is left standing when all the money runs out.

Maybe the US should face reality as well. Virtually all the “aid” that we send to Ukraine to underwrite this catostrophic war, is money borrowed, adds to our nation killing unpayable debt and further weakens the American nation.

“The [Swiss] geospatial intelligence firm observed 40 instances of Russian satellite positioning over Saudi military and energy sites between July 1 and October 19, including the September 10 drone strike on the Saudi East-West Pipeline.”

https://understandingwar.org/research/russia-ukraine/russian-offensive-campaign-assessment-october-28-2026/

Russia launched 88 long-range drones and one ballistic missile at Ukraine, which shot down about 80% of the drones.

I didn’t notice any explanation for the reduced number of launches.

It’s like sending billions to USAID, it’s a corrupt scheme, just say no.

Numbers of dead and maimed for life must be astronomical. 1-3 million? More?

Many are fine with it , even risking nuclear war to preserve a nation less than 40 years old we don’t even have an alliance with.

IMO we either increase aid to Ukraine or cease it completely, whatever ends the mass murder sooner.

It looks like the EU spent all of their defense monies on fun stuff and making sure they worked as little as possible.

Well, that is more important than caring about whatever happens to Ukraine. Besides, Russia is separated by multiple countries, from Italy.

Little z is actually a Russian plant to kill off Ukrainian men to have Ukrainian women fully available, and wanting.

I expect Russia and China to be getting a lot of Ukrainian women, soon.

EU leaders depended upon Ukraine’s two major industries: money laundering and sex trafficking. When EU money gets tight, those luxuries lose.

Commie trash cannot survive unless they dangle luxuries in front of the ones stupid enough to support such commie trash.

Russia supports Western values. Uk and EU do not.

Russia supports Western values.

I suppose that's why they're in alliance with the West's biggest enemies: China, Iran, N.Korea. And the western values supporting Russia, helped Iran to kill our troops in the middle-east. Russia's leader, Putin, was also called a war criminal and a terrorist, and the U.S. agreed with that assessment.

Out best bud is stabbing us on the back. We need better friends.

The EU is fighting a war of 3 fronts. You got Ukraine and then the foreign invasion of muslims, and finally all the extensive benefits they give out to their citizens and all the illegals.

In the past, the US paid for most of their defense and then USAID filled in the gaps. Now those are not available anymore.

The third is human organ trafficking.

Ukraine to underwrite this catostrophic war, is money borrowed,

Not “ borrowed”under Senile Joe’s term, freely given. President Trump stated $300 billion plus under senile Joe’s term, gone, flushed down the filthy Ukrainian toilet.
