Judges who believe their ideals are superior to the law. They base their decisions on Obergefell.
We must pay for the treatment of foreign sodomites !
Hard to figure.
The only thing ILLEGAL ALIEN INVADERS should get is a kick inn the a** out of the USA. Why should these criminals get ANY “benefits??? This judge is truly a pathetic nitwit.
Any illegal presence in this country should be an IMMEDIATE, hard “NO” for health benefits at the very least. Then ICE should be contacted for further action.
Every Single Time.
Ghetto to the bone. Who couldn’t see that?
On what grounds?
Where do they believe some law or constitutional construct protects anyone for citizenship confirmation to receive any sort of social welfare or government funded health care?
With that name, I don’t need to look.
