Once upon a time, sponsoring a refugee family meant helping them find housing, a job and some incidentals from the local congregation or charity until they got on their feet.
Now, apparently, it means making them a permanent ward of the state while they use their spare time to wage jihad.

You do realize that this is an organization run by the ELCA, the anti-Christ version of Lutheranism; it is a "church group" only in the sense that people who go to ELCA services fool themselves into thinking they are getting in good with God.
This has been going on a long long time. There are billions, if not trillions, of tax dollars to be had importing the third world.
