Ukraine's access to Elon Musk's Starlink internet service was restricted without advance warning overnight, disrupting battlefield operations against Russian troops, Ukrainian officials said on Wednesday.
SpaceX, the company that operates Starlink, put a "speed limit" on Starlink terminals in Ukraine, Serhii Beskrestnov, an adviser to Ukraine's presidential office, said in a post to the Telegram messaging app.
Ukraine depends heavily on Starlink terminals and the thousands of satellites orbiting close to the Earth to maintain communications and pilot its extensive drone fleets.

Have any INDEPENDENT monitoring channels reported Ukrainian strikes on Russian refineries or energy facilities in the two days following Trump’s October 11 announcement of an energy cease fire?

Trump said Ukraine and Russia had an energy cease fire “because he said so” when asked if they actually agreed. Neither country confirmed any agreement and Ukraine attacked more refineries after Russia went after more energy infrastructure in Ukraine.
Trump was asked about Russia violating the “ceasefire”.
“I’m not sure about that, and we’ll take a look,” he said.
He was also asked about the fact that Ukraine and Russia had not known that they had agreed to a truce.
“They agreed,” Trump said.
“You know why? Because I said, ‘you agree,’ that’s why. They agreed because I said they agree,” he added.
Z knows he can’t give Trump a win before November. The Democrats have too much invested in Ukraine for that.
So Trump is applying pressure to Ukraine. Where is the equivalent pressure on Russia?
Russia gets to destroy Ukraine’s energy infrastructure in an attempt to freeze out the Ukies this winter (and prior winters) — a clear war crime, quite “Russian”, really, but Ukraine can’t hit Russian refineries? (Russia KO’d Ukrainian refineries early on, BTW.)

I cannot find any legit source to confirm that Ukraine hit Russian refineries in the 2 days after Trump posted his announcement.* But, definitely, I agree that Russia did not stop.
Asking Ukraine to desist more than 2 days, when they continued to get hit, and we only responded with "we'll take a look" (c'mon, our intel can't be THAT bad!) seems like a lot to ask.
*Again, however, if a legit source turns up, I may modify my assessment. (Details matter!)
