I have just concluded a highly successful discussion with President Vladimir Putin, of Russia, wherein it was agreed that Russia will immediately supply over 300,000 Tons of Diesel Fuel to the American and Global Marketplace, another 500,000 Tons during the month of November, and 1,000,000 Tons immediately thereafter.
Additionally, based on the condition of their Diesel Refineries, Russia will then deliver, within a short period of time, 3,000,000 Tons of Diesel Fuel.
Between our TOTAL CONTROL of the Strait of Hormuz, and this great announcement on Russian Energy, Diesel Prices for Americans and, indeed, the World, will be COMING DOWN, IN RECORD NUMBERS, AND FAST!
Lower prices for Americans, especially our Great Farmers, Ranchers, and Truckers, is my Greatest Priority.
This is a very big and important announcement. Additionally, it must be understood, that Iran will not have a Nuclear Weapon! Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I’m confused, I have read the initial amount is 300,000 tons followed by 1.5 million tons by EOY. Which is true? Frankly, Trump often slips decimal places for some reason.
This according to the Telegraph:
Mr Trump announced on Friday that Putin would “immediately supply more than 300,000 tons of diesel fuel to the American and global marketplace”, followed by another 1.5 million tons before the end of the year.
I don’t see any 3.0 million tons in this.
The total amount announced is 4.8 million tons, almost 5 million tons. But only if they have enough surplus of course. Most after this year.
Very hard to tell what the truth is because Trump so often exagerates, my wife is convinced beyond shadow of doubt that Oklahoma is a nuclear power power house because Donald said it in spite of the fact that not one single nuclear power plant exists in Oklahoma, and that the young press doesn’t know the difference between 300,000 tons and 3.0 million tons so there is that.
Of course this is all predicated on the Russians having any to spare so, another Trump boast as fact that is conditional.
I still wonder if it will be 15 ppm sulfur diesel and what the cetane value will be compared to spec.
Most Russian exported diesel is “very low sulphur”
Good we wouldn’t wanna poison. Any catalyst or anything. Frankly, I could not care less since none of my equipment has any of that junk on it anymore or ever did.
