The vast majority of Americans of every race, sex and political orientation support voter ID. It’s the most common sense and no brainer idea ever.
And yet, Democrats oppose it because they claim that illegal voting isn’t a problem and voter ID will just ‘disenfranchise’ legal voters who can manage to get an ID when it comes to buying cough syrup, going on a plane, driving a car or entering a government building… but not for voting.
But the thing that never happens just keeps right on happening.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced charges against 16 people in multiple states in connection with alleged illegal voting, voter registration and other election-related crimes, including cases involving noncitizens accused of casting ballots in federal elections.
In a separate interview, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Markwayne Mullin said a broader investigation was underway.
Mullin said officials have more than 1,620 open cases and have made 151 arrests. He also said authorities are looking into more than 300,000 suspected cases, a figure he said continues to grow.
Mullin asserted that “every single vote that was at the hands of an illegal [immigrant], canceled out a citizen that was legally registered and able to vote.”
“One is too many, but the fact that we have 300,000 cases we’re looking into right now and 1,620 cases that are under investigation, and 151 arrests is unacceptable,” Mullin said.
And that’s in the teeth of determined obstructionism such as New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill refusing to turn over the names of between hundreds to thousands of illegal voters.
More than 6,000 non-citizens were accidentally added to New Jersey’s voter rolls due to a software error at the state Motor Vehicles Commission, Gov. Mikie Sherrill announced Tuesday, with “fewer than 400” of them casting ballots in various elections since 2023.
Earlier this month, the Department of Homeland Security alleged that New Jersey had more than 35,000 non-citizens on its voting rolls.
And New Jersey’s response is to hurry up and remove 6,000, or a fraction of them, while claiming that it’s an accident and hardly anyone any of them voted, and then refusing to turn over their names.
Now multiply this problem around the country and it’s not hard to see how we could get to 300,000.

I think both Republicans and Democrats suspect that if they require voter ID, paper ballots, and in person voting, the Democrats might never win another election. So corruption is the only believable explanation for Republicans who oppose it.
Democrats oppose voter ID because they need the option of stealing elections when necessary. Republicans who make it possible for Democrats to steal elections clearly are owned by the same people who own the Democrats.

Maybe another reason for Thune holding out is that all of the 300,000 illegals have Registered to Vote as a Republican and the slow minded GOP Senators believe that all of those 300,000 are voting for Republicans in the General Elections.

The aggravating excuses as in Michigan (which deletes or suppresses evidence of the voting and counting problems):
1) Illegals voting cases: They never happened.
2) Since some have been proven to have happened, “they did not affect the outcome of the election.”

HAVA HELP AMERICA VOTE ACT AND FEC FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION are the ones who control and fund MOTOR VOTER to register non-citizens, minors age 16-17 and others who are eligible for a drivers license or state ID but are not eligible to vote.
Trump fired the commissioners. But the staff of 80~ still gives out money to states to write software that registers those not qualified to be registered.
HAVA is the same organization that paid for and brought you the 2020 GA Voter mess.
And Congress and the President let it happen.

I wonder how many voters have confronted their representatives and demanded that the SAVE ACT be passed.
Apathy is a killer.
Tell me 300,000 people can’t vote in November, and I’m interested.
Tell me 151 people can’t vote in November, and I just shrug.
300,000 suspected cases? I bet they find a way to vote. Why wouldn’t they?
That will be dwarfed seriously by the mid terms with 20 million illegal alien oompah loompahs voting for the The Dumbass Snowflake Academics and Nazi RATS.
