Gov. Gavin Newsom and wife Jennifer Siebel Newsom are offloading their Sacramento-area home — listing the palatial property for double what they paid eight years ago.
California’s first couple listed the 12,000-square-foot Fair Oaks home for $7.5 million Tuesday, according to its Zillow real estate listing.

If I recall correctly Hermann Goering’s house had an extensive wine cellar and spa.
