Exhibit 349 shows Elkomy transferring $20,772.88 to IARA boss Khalid Al-Sudani. He’s since been listed as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist. Her name appears on transfers and correspondence involving money being moved to Iraq, the terrorist occupied territories in Israel and other terror conflict zones.
