Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis is term-limited, opening up an opportunity in the nation’s third-largest state. GOP Rep. Byron Donalds got President Donald Trump’s endorsement.
It is 8:06 pm in Florida and enough votes have been counted to declare Byron Donalds the winner. Within the next hour more than 90% of the votes will be counted.
Meanwhile, California is still wondering why their residents are moving to FL

In a surprise upset, an avowed socialist upset the favorite Vindman in the Dem primary for the Florida Senate seat vacated by Marco Rubio. Vindman trashed Trump for some phony call to the Ukraine president that he was allowed to listen in on at the National Security Council. I have no brief for socialists but I am glad this loudmouth scumbo spent millions and lost to a candidate who had next to no resources. And yet another socialist for the Dems to have to support. Ha, Ha!

Simple, transparent, and responsive state government in Florida are all in direct contrast to California and every other “blue” state out there.
“Blue” once referred to the persons of very intrusive nature that inserted their opinions of the consumption of alcohol and most other drugs of easy virtue, insisting on absolute prohibition.
This nation tried the experiment with absolute prohibition of alcohol. It only lasted little over a decade, and led to manifest evils of its own.
