When a local pastor condemned officials for naming a busy intersection after Hezbollah-supporter Osama Siblani in September 2025, Dearborn Mayor Abdullah Hammoud (above in 2024) called the pastor “an Islamophobe,” declaring: “I want you to know as mayor, you are not welcome here. And the day you move out of the city will be the day that I launch a parade celebrating the fact that you moved out of the city because you are not somebody who believes in coexistence.”

One of the most troubling threats to civil society—and Jewish safety—in the United States is the propagation of the false accusation of genocide against Israel. The genocide libel, which has been leveled at Israel for decades, has done more than legitimize violence against Israel before and after the October 7 massacre. It has also legitimized open hostility against Jews living in the Diaspora.
People who, in previous eras, would have been reluctant to expose themselves as antisemites now express open support for terror organizations and shamelessly express their contempt for Israel and Jews—all in the name of “peace and justice” or faux concern for the Palestinians.
This is particularly true in Dearborn, Michigan, where open support for Hamas and Hezbollah, terrorist organizations that have killed thousands of Israelis and American citizens over the past few decades, is not uncommon. For example, Dearborn newspaper publisher Osama Siblani, once expressed a willingness to be arrested for his support for Hezbollah and has used his newspaper, The Arab American News, to legitimize the October 7 massacre. And when a local pastor condemned Wayne County officials for naming a busy intersection after Siblani, Dearborn Mayor Abdullah Hammoud called the pastor an “Islamophobe” and said he was not welcome in the city.

Krystallnacht comes to America.
We will never ever forgive the traitors who let this Satanic trash into USA!
Right
Scary
these muslims think they have the US
It’s long past time to respond to “Death to America” with “Death to Islam. Wipe them out. All of them.”

I’m pretty sure that if the article is accurate, there’s some federal charges in there somewhere.
The USA needs to go full reverse MeKKKa:
No muzzles allowed.
Yeah, like Islam is tolerant of other religions.
The anti-Jewish "pogroms" in pre-Soviet Russia were not part of a centrally controlled extermination effort.
It was local governments giving permission to the peasants to go after the Jews every so often.
This is also how Islamo-Democrats operate in the USA.
The anti-Jewish “pogroms” in pre-Soviet Russia were not part of a centrally controlled extermination effort.
“May God bless and keep The Czar....far away from us!”
In general, not just for Jews, and not just Muslims doing it, the left explicitly repudiated coexistence decades ago.
With all this crap from them and stealing from children is making people hate muslims even more
I forgot about muslims living on the taxpayer dime for life and never working
We have ceded Dearborn and Hamtramck. More to come.
The muslim Horde
The “genocide libel”, if the Israeli’s are practicing genocide, they are doing a poor job of it. Still too many of these people here and in the world and mouthing off.
RE: Israelis doing a poor job of alleged genocide...
Yes, along with openly allowing Muslims to run for and serve in the ruling Knesset since 1949.
102 have served in the Knesset. Some form coalitions with the minor party Jewish members who do not support Israel’s right to exist.
The current Knesset has the lowest number in two decades (10) possibly due to the ongoing war.
“These seats are primarily divided between two parties.
Hadash–Ta’al: Six Arab MKs, representing a leftist, Arab-Jewish coalition focused on social justice and minority rights.
United Arab List–Balad: Four Arab MKs, representing Islamist and nationalist Arab parties advocating for Palestinian rights and Arab community interests.”

Agree.
My late wife and I frequently went to Greenfield Village and the Henry Ford Museum there and there used to a scattering of families who ran independent restaurants and stores. Most had emigrated legally in the 1950s and 1960s. Now the city is run by an all Arab government and has North America’s largest mosque.
