Good news. My $0 Form 4 was submitted last week. The FFL said the Ruger suppressor was not included in the ruling. No matter. It should be approved shortly.

Yes it is.

There is going to have to be lots of clarification from the DOJ to cover how to handle removal of restrictions and the NFA registration won’t go away, because there are many states that have state reqiurements on possession of items need registration, so there is still a ways to go to provide relief for everyone...

But this is a big pro firearms win, that no other republican president has ever considered.

GOA MEMBERS MAKE HISTORY WITH FIRST SUPPRESSOR TRANSFERS WITHOUT NFA REGISTRATION SINCE 1934

Leander, TX — Gun Owners of America (GOA), along with lead plaintiff Silencer Shop, made history tonight as GOA members Brandon Herrera and Wes Virdell lawfully acquired suppressors without complying with the currently enjoined registration requirements of the National Firearms Act of 1934.

The transfers took place at Silencer Shop’s new storefront in Leander, Texas immediately after midnight on August 13th. Representative Andrew Clyde (GA-09) and GOA Senior Vice President Erich Pratt were also in attendance.

The most important Second Amendment ruling is District of Columbia v. Heller (2008), where the Supreme Court ruled for the first time that the Second Amendment protects an individual's right to own a firearm for self-defense unconnected to militia service.

It depends on your definition of a win.

We have been winning incrementally ever since the Heller decision in 2008. This is not a loss.

A little win here, another there, pretty soon you don’t have to pay a $200 tax for a suppressor. Then you don’t have to register them or send in finger prints or a photograph.

More and more winning.

Permitless carry is in 29 states.

The Trump administration is the most pro-Second Amendment administration since before 1830.

The next Democrat administration will immediately overturn the EO that took the tax stamp to $0, and who knows, make it a million.

In light of that, the only patriotic thing to do is to immediately go out and buy up as many SBR’s and SBS’s, Suppressors, and AOR’s as possible.

Then they’ll really have a dilemma.

Buy more guns? Twist my arm why dontcha?
