Newly obtained surveillance video is providing a clearer picture of the moments before and after gunfire erupted outside the southwest Atlanta home of Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's communications director. [Robert Sinners] 

The video, obtained by Channel 2's Michael Seiden, appears to show three people walking toward Robert Sinners' home just before gunshots ring out. A second surveillance camera captures people running from the area immediately after the shooting.

This is the surveillance video. Take a look. You see the three people there. We've highlighted this video captured moments before and after gunfire erupted, hitting the home dozens of times. Channel 2's Michael Siden is live in Southwest Atlanta. Michael, you spoke with a neighbor who helped police track down those suspects.

Karen, he told me one moment he's rocking his 10-month-old baby to sleep. The next, he hears gunshots. He runs outside of his house. He says he looked right over that fence, saw two suspects running away. He helped police track him down. And this afternoon, we actually have surveillance video. We're getting our first look at what happened before and after the gunfire.

New surveillance video captures the moment gunfire erupted outside the home of Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's communications director. Now, as the shots rang out, cameras captured the suspects running from the scene.

I was rocking my 10-month-old baby to sleep, right? And, um, it was like around 12:30ish, like around about that time. And, um, I heard a bunch of gunshots. And so once I gave her the baby, I came outside.

By the time Mike Jordan reached his front yard, he says the shooters were already running through the neighborhood. Definitely. I seen one of the shooters run from the back over through the grass, and he ran right over there, and it was two of them. Jordan says he kept watching as the men ran through his backyard, helping officers quickly close in on the suspects. Atlanta police say more than 30 rounds were fired into the home of Robert Centers while he and his fiancée were asleep inside. Despite the gunfire, no one was hurt.

We're still confused why 30 shots hit our house last night. Um, scariest thing we've ever had happen to us.

After a short foot chase, police arrested 26-year-old Gregory O'Neal Vaughn and 29-year-old Germaine Garcel Howard. Investigators say they recovered a firearm and multiple rounds. The surveillance video also appears to show three people walking towards the home just before the shooting. So far, Atlanta police have only announced the arrest of two suspects.

Now I got to watch everybody that walks down the street at nighttime.

And you can see there's been a police presence in this neighborhood all day today. Now, we did reach out to Atlanta police to ask about that third person we saw in the video, but a spokesperson told us right now this is still an ongoing investigation. Just two suspects in custody right now. For now, we are live in Southwest Atlanta.
