Senator Holling. Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
Well, nothing says honesty like taking the fifth, huh, Doc?
Let's try something. What day of the week is it today?
On the advice of council, I respectfully declined to answer based upon my rights under the fifth amendment to the Constitution.
What color tie are you wearing?
On the advice of council, I respectfully decline to answer based upon my rights under the fifth amendment to the constitution.
What color is the carpet in front of you?
On the advice of council, I respectfully declined to answer based upon my rights under the fifth amendment to the constitution.
Let's just get one thing straight. You don't have any rights under the fifth amendment because you've been pardoned, as you very well know, as the Supreme Court has been clear for a century and more. Brown versus Walker, 1896. When he has been pardoned, he may not stand upon his privilege. You know that. Your lawyers sitting behind you now shifting nervously in their chairs. They know it. This isn't about the Constitution. This isn't about the law. This is about contempt. Contempt for this body and contempt for the American people. But I think I know why you're doing it. It's because you don't want to answer questions. It's because you did all kinds of terrible things. It's because during the pandemic, you got rich, didn't you? You got rich while people were dying. Hundreds of thousands of Americans, over a million in the end, and you were getting rich. And not only were you doing that, you were using federal employees with taxpayer money to apply for and solicit cash prizes for you personally. Cash prizes totaling over a million dollars. You did all of that during the pandemic, didn't you? That's a question.
On the advice of council, I respectfully declined to answer based upon my rights under the fifth amendment to the constitution.

So can states file criminal charges against him? Does the 5th also apply to the people who will file civil suits against him?
He won’t be able to do that when he stands before God and God exposes EVERYTHING he ever did and holds him accountable for it.
He’ll then have all of eternity to ruminate on whether it was worth it.
I’m also cranky about the horrible things he did to the poor beagles.
Fauci believes himself to be some sort of god, but Jesus will get the figurative last laugh.
” How many people died because of you?” “ I respectfully decline to answer based upon my orders from the MAFIA and Cartel members.”
” Does the 5th also apply to the people who will file civil suits against him?”
What people? It has been 5 years since the lockdowns and force vaccination. No one is lining up at the courthouse to file civil suits against Fauci. There are hundreds of federal judges ready to throw out any such lawsuits, just as they did the Trump civil suits over the 2020 election.
The mainstream media will portray Fauci as a victim of a Republican political lynching to deny him his rights under the Constitution. Most Americans will agree, and return to their normal state of blissful ignorance.
He’ll find out soon enough.
All doctors are equal, but some are more equal than others.
Now I know how the commies looked, 5th-amendmenting their way through Congressional committee hearings.
Dr. Fauci, have you no shame?
Fauci is the very definition and example of a megalomaniac.
A megalomaniac is a pathological egotist, that is, someone with a psychological disorder with symptoms like delusions of grandeur and an obsession with power. We also use the word megalomaniac more informally for people who behave as if they’re convinced of their absolute power and greatness. Your garden-variety egomaniac might be self-centered and overconfident but he’s a little softy compared with the megalomaniac who wants to control the world.
While unfortunate in this case, I am a firm believer that nobody has the right to assume guilt from a citizen asserting his constitutional rights against the government.

Sen. Josh Hawley did the best vs the corrupt midget Anthony Fauci. I saw the video on X and someone just posted the you tube version here too

“...but Jesus will get the figurative last laugh”
That’s all good and fine - but I wanna see justice and punishment here and now.
How does everyone expect Fauci to answer why his vaccines were engineered to reduce lifespans and take out 65+ people to save Social Security and Medicare?
Hawley will be scribbling in his diary tonight that he had plenty of TV airtime! They all look like jackasses in D.C.
...but I wanna see justice and punishment here and now.
