President Trump publicly rebuked Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Tuesday after The Post reported that the leader of the Jewish state is expected to present Trump with evidence that Iran is pursuing nuclear technology at its subterranean Pickaxe Mountain site.
“Well, I don’t need Bibi to tell me that. Bibi is telling me that because he wants me to stay involved,” Trump told “Fox & Friends” when asked about the expectation Netanyahu will bring up Pickaxe Mountain ahead of an Oval Office meeting.
“We know exactly what’s going on. But no, I heard Bibi announce that. I said, ‘Why don’t you just tell it to me? Why do you have to announce it to the world?'” the president went on.
“I know exactly what’s going on at Pickaxe. It’s not a big problem. We took out their nuclear site, and we’ll have to take out Pickaxe if we don’t make a deal.”
Trump cited satellite technology being used by the US to study the site, located about 120 miles south of Tehran.
Israel has intelligence indicating that Iran has moved nuclear centrifuges to the complex some 300 feet beneath the Kolang Mountain, not far from the Natanz nuclear facility, which the US bombed in June 2025.
Underpinning Netanyahu’s expected briefing to Trump are concerns that Iran is not negotiating in good faith with the US, The Post previously reported.
The Israeli leader is also expected to present evidence that Iran has been rapidly rebuilding its missile capabilities after joint attacks on the Islamic Republic earlier this year.

Israel is America’s best ally in the Middle East.
The antisemites need to crawl back into the dark history from which they came.
Which is what some of us said would be a danger if Trump allowed the first ceasefire, the extension, the Memo of Understanding, the peace talks and the cessation of recent bombings.
The Iranians' strategy was to get Trump to give them the first ceasefire and then the rest.
While the Iranian bosses and military stayed alive, they killed thousands of dissidents and endangered shipping in the Strait.
There is no strategy. Everything is playing out based on what happens next.
Broadly speaking we are the Great Satan and Israel the Little Satan so Iran sticks to that, if you can call it a strategy.
Everything else is just opportunities presented or denied.
I wish we did more denials than giving them opportunities to rebuild stuff via ceasefires, but that is just what happened to happen.
And so, here we are.
Israel is the only USA ally - in the entire world.
When Netanyahu retires, or loses an election, the USA will not have any allies at all.

IMHO the only feasible strategy in the Middle East is total war, which was warranted after 9/11, and we punted since the GWB is an "America Last" globalist.
Functioning centrifuges can turn 60% HEU into 90% weapons grade U-235 in a couple of weeks.

The Continental USA has more than 30,000 miles of ocean and gulf coast line, plus 4,000 miles of rural border line between Washington state, Maine, and Canada.
Smuggling in, or launching, a tactical nuke against the USA, is not that complex.

Israel has been a millstone around the neck of the USA for nearly 80 years. While giving the victims of Holocaust violence a state to make their own, we ignored the people already living there.
Claiming God gave you land 3000 years ago is no different than native Americans making the same claim for New York or Houston.
If we really wanted to give the Jews a peaceful homeland, we should have given them someplace like Alabama or Georgia. At least then we would really have some skin in the game.
