A newly-uncovered Biden White House memo from the administration's final days revealed plans that could have expanded Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to more than 3 million noncitizens while acknowledging that previous court challenges had blocked many of President Donald Trump's efforts to end the protections.
TPS is meant for foreign populations experiencing crises like political unrest or natural disasters, and while Trump has tried to end the "temporary" provisions for Haitians, Nepalese, Salvadorans and Sudanese people, lawsuits from pro-migrant advocates have halted most attempts.
"My investigation uncovered that the Lame Duck Biden White House tried to keep millions of illegal aliens in our country by abusing the 'Temporary' Protected Status program," Sen. Eric Schmitt, R-Mo., who acquired the memo, told Fox News Digital on Friday.
"After the American people voted for President Trump’s promise to end the TPS scam, the Biden administration tried to subvert the will of the American people. This was mass amnesty-by-decree. America is for Americans, and it is our home—it is not a permanent refugee camp," he said.
The memo argued that "granting TPS will potentially protect many vulnerable people from President-elect Trump's planned mass deportations... They argue that these protections are likely to hold in court, and they are prepared to litigate efforts to terminate or slow down the implementation of TPS for specified nations by the Trump Administration."
"[P]rior federal litigation brought by advocates during the first Trump administration was successful in halting [its] efforts to terminate TPS, though that was due in large part to [its] failure to produce a factual record in support of termination, which is something that could be rectified," the memo went on.

I doubt “Biden” was capable of drafting anything; when the interview tapes are released over his objection and fight against it in federal court, we will see why - a coddled old, brain dead, vicious man whose leftist staff ran all in his name and for whom the phony leftwing “press” covered constantly. Imagine if you lost a family member to one of the hardened criminals these people let in on a widespread scale without a single background check - totally unnecessary but totally keeping in character for “Biden” the idea of “President Biden” which was a creation of his staff.
A lot worse than removing the W keys from the WH keyboards.
To Biden, this country was just a fast car that was fun to drive, and when he saw the keys were going to be taken away, he decided to crash it for fun on the way out. We citizens were never real to him.
And what has Congress done to block future abuse such as this? What did Congress do while it was in progress for four years?
The legal citizens of any sane republic would storm the sate houses and drag their supposed representatives out and block re-entry until new elections could be held. Of course, what would be the point? The same stupid people that put the maggots in office would be voting again.

Biden was just a figurehead for the commies main objective. To import as many illegals as possible into this country, my guess is 40 million plus, in order to give them permanent political power. First comes congressional seats, without illegals, dems would lose 25 house seats, after that comes voting in elections which gives them power forever

So, who was pulling the strings on Obama and Biden? I almost think Obama was sneaky smart enough to do the damage he did , but Biden? No way.
