The New York Times is facing a threatened shareholder lawsuit over its coverage of former Democratic Senate candidate Graham Platner, Israel and other politically charged stories.
The National Center for Public Policy Research warned Tuesday that it will sue unless the newspaper turns over records within a week, alleging directors failed to oversee the Gray Lady's editorial standards and corrections practices.

I’ve thought for a long time that shareholder actions (and RICO or as appropriate sedition type prosecutions) hold out considerable promise in fighting against this kind of evil
The normal behavior of the NYT with respect to “politically charged stores” is simple: they present the story in whatever way is most helpful to the Democrat party. If that means they suppress the story, fine.
