Just yesterday, it was reported that Hollywood insiders fear the city is turning into the next Detroit. Movie and TV productions are talking their business to other, more attractive locations with fewer rules and better tax rates.
In response to this, Adam Schiff and other lawmakers want to give Hollywood a federal tax subsidy. In other words, they want taxpayers to bail out Hollywood.

Why should average Americans who have nothing to do with the entertainment industry have to help Hollywood fix a problem that they are causing for themselves?-

The Hollywood bunch, if the public would only realize it, were onto something nice and totally infected it with their perverse life styles and worship of money and power. They ruined the movies with this woke ideology and unfortunately people were influenced by many of their immoral behaviors and it’s messed up America and even the world.
Instead of paying to bail them out we should allow them to die of their self-inflicted wounds. We’d all be better off without their influence. Basically, they are the makers of campfire stories and that’s really all Hollywood is.
After my freshman year at UofCincy, I (and my wife-to-be...literally the girl-next door) moved to Hollywood to transfer to UCLA when the in-state tuition was rather inexpensive.
After 4 years, I escaped & returned to Ohio as Hollywood was visibly declining into dysfunctional socialism way back then.

Average taxpayers have EVERYTHING to do with the entertainment industry. We fund it by watching the good stuff they put out , and defund it by avoiding the crap they put out.
Note to Schiff: We do this with already taxed money from our own wallets.
