The U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Minnesota on Tuesday announced that 15 Antifa members have been indicted for their alleged roles in conspiring to hinder federal immigration enforcement operations in Minneapolis earlier this year.
The suspects, 12 of whom are in custody, are all charged with conspiracy to impede or injure a federal officer, according to a 94-page criminal complaint, and some are charged with further crimes. Federal prosecutors allege that each suspect took part in a conspiracy to obstruct federal immigration enforcement officers, including ICE personnel, through force, intimidation and threats

There are 50 states, perhaps 150 big cities, and rogue agencies. And various ways the federal government interacts with all on multiple levels. This administration is fighting on literally hundreds of fronts all at the same time. And a little thing called a war. And the political messes left by previous administrations, and elections, and... Minnesota and Minneapolis filed multiple suits against this administration, all of which required timely responses to judges, etc. But, apparently, DoJ was supposed to do all of that, in parallel with all of the demands presented by other cities, states, and rogue actors inside the gates, and indict hundreds if not thousands here - and everywhere else at the same time - grand juries and the need to build cases be damned!
This is a damned good start. And with luck, now that they are indicted, they’ll turn dime on dozens of others.
